Mautic is the world's largest open-source marketing automation project. It lets businesses run integrated marketing campaigns on their own infrastructure, with their own database, instead of relying on a third-party SaaS.
What it does well
Mautic covers email campaigns, contact segmentation and multi-step marketing automation. Both the frontend and backend are fully customisable, you can build any integration you need, and there are no feature limits or vendor lock-in.

Mautic is the established open-source answer to HubSpot-style marketing automation, with the data in your own database. It is GPL-licensed.
