ClassroomIO is an open-source learning management system for companies. It runs employee and compliance training, customer education and partner certification from one platform, and can be self-hosted or used in the cloud.
What it does well
ClassroomIO includes unlimited courses with lessons, exercises, grading and certificates, cohorts with progress tracking, and compliance tracking with deadlines and renewals. An AI course builder drafts outlines and lessons, and an AI tutor helps learners as they study. It supports multiple organisations and teachers, more than 10 languages, a REST API with webhooks, an MCP server and an embeddable course catalogue.
