Overview
Super Productivity is an open-source to-do list, time tracker and daily planner for focused personal work. It is private and offline first: no account is needed, it collects no data, and you decide where your data is stored. It runs on Linux, macOS, Windows, Android, iOS and in the browser.
What it does well
Super Productivity organizes tasks with sub-tasks, projects and tags, lays out your day on a planner and schedule next to your calendar, and sorts tasks on Kanban and Eisenhower boards. It tracks time, creates time sheets and work summaries, and has break reminders and a focus mode with Pomodoro and Flowtime sessions. It imports tasks from Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, ClickUp and others, and syncs through its encrypted SuperSync service, Dropbox or WebDAV.
Why it’s in the collection
Super Productivity combines a to-do list, planner and time tracker in one free app that keeps your data with you. It is MIT-licensed.
