DBeaver

Overview
DBeaver Community is an open-source database tool for developers, SQL programmers, database administrators and analysts. It connects to more than 100 databases out of the box, and to almost any other database that has a JDBC or ODBC driver. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux and ships with its own Java runtime.
What it does well
DBeaver includes a schema editor, an SQL editor with execution plans, a data editor, ER diagrams, and tools for data export, import and migration. It also has database administration tools, dashboards, a spatial data viewer, SSH tunnels and proxies, and an AI chat for working with SQL and database structure. It is built from more than 130 plugins, and paid PRO editions add NoSQL databases and more.
Why it’s in the collection
DBeaver is the go-to free database client for people who work with many different databases: one app covers almost all of them. The Community edition is Apache-licensed and has been maintained for years.
