Overview
Leantime is an open-source project management system for people who are not project managers. It combines strategy, planning and execution, and is built with ADHD, dyslexia and autism in mind. It aims to be as simple as Trello but as feature-rich as Jira.
What it does well
Leantime manages tasks in kanban, Gantt, table, list and calendar views, with subtasks, dependencies, milestones, sprints and time tracking. It adds dashboards, goals, Lean and Business Model Canvas, SWOT and risk analysis, plus wikis, idea boards and retrospectives. All of these are in the open-source version.
Why it’s in the collection
Leantime is designed for the whole team, not just project managers, and puts its full feature set in the open-source version. It is AGPL-licensed.
