Overview
LobeHub, formerly LobeChat, is an AI workspace for chatting with models and building, organising and scheduling AI agents. It is available as a hosted service and can be self-hosted with Docker or deployed to Vercel and other platforms.
What it does well
LobeHub combines a polished chat interface for many model providers with agents that keep context, run on schedules and report back. You can create agents, organise them into teams, and collaborate with them over time. It supports self-hosting with your own model API keys.
Why it’s in the collection
LobeHub is one of the best-designed AI chat interfaces you can host yourself, and it has grown into a workspace for running agents. Its license adds conditions for modified versions, explained below.
License
LobeHub uses the LobeHub Community License: Apache 2.0 with extra conditions. You can self-host it and use it commercially without changes, but building and distributing a modified version requires a commercial license from LobeHub, so it isn't open source in the strict sense.
