Overview
Khoj is a personal AI app that scales from an on-device assistant to a cloud-scale enterprise AI. It chats with any local or online model and answers from the internet and your own documents. You can self-host it or use its cloud app.
What it does well
Khoj works with PDFs, Markdown, Word, Notion files, images and more, and runs in the browser, Obsidian, Emacs, desktop, phone and WhatsApp. You can create agents with custom knowledge, personas and tools, automate recurring research into personal newsletters, and use semantic search, image generation and voice.
