Overview
PuppyOne is a folder built for AI agents. You open a folder of files on your computer, and Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and 40+ other agents can work in it; optionally, PuppyOne Cloud hosts the folder so agents on other devices, your phone or your teammates can read and write the same files. The desktop app is for macOS, and no account is needed to start.
What it does well
PuppyOne gives first-class support to Markdown, CSV and HTML and opens many other formats, from Word, Excel and PowerPoint files to PDFs, images, audio and video. Every folder runs on Git, so any change an agent makes can be tracked and reverted. In the cloud, agents reach a folder through MCP, the CLI or SSH, and you can self-host the cloud part from a separate open-source repository.
Why it’s in the collection
PuppyOne solves a growing problem: giving all your AI agents, wherever they run, safe access to the same set of real files. It is Apache-licensed.
